Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Loss Mitigation Quality Assurance Supervisor to support RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC. You will lead a team of QA Specialists, ensuring loan workouts meet applicable Government agency, Insurer, and Investor guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include performance reviews, process improvements, and ensuring record accuracy across the portfolio. This role offers growth within CCM and a strong benefit package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years in leadership and management.
• 3-5 years in underwriting loss mitigation or origination of mortgage loans.
• Knowledge of PMI, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA servicing guidelines.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations incl. RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loss mitigation loan workout quality for the serviced portfolio.
• Manage and lead a team of up to 8+ QA Specialists.
• Assist team with underwriting and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Keep guidelines up to date with government agency and insurer rules.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly reviews and calibrations.
• Improve department processes and policy for portfolio quality.
• Review borrower documents and calculate financials.
• Review title, original documents, and valuation info.
• Review net present value models for loan workouts.
