RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is seeking a Loss Mitigation Quality Assurance Supervisor in Coppell, TX to lead a team of Portfolio Quality Specialists. You will ensure all loss mitigation loan workouts conform to Government agency, Insurer, and Investor guidelines and support underwriting and calibration of processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in leadership and underwriting loss mitigation, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in leadership and management.
• 3–5 years’ experience in underwriting loss mitigation or origination of mortgage loans.
• Knowledge of PMI, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA servicing guidelines.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations (RESP A, TILA, ECOA, HMDA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Loss Mitigation Quality Assurance Specialists (up to 8 or more).
• Ensure loss mitigation loan workouts comply with applicable guidelines.
• Assist underwriting and ensure loans adhere to guidelines.
• Keep guidelines updated with government agency and insurer requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and calibrations of the team (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Improve and implement department processes and policies for portfolio quality.
• Review supporting borrower financial documents and compute financial information.
• Review title reports, loan documents and valuation data.
• Validate net present value models and input quality for loan workouts.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping for loan workout files.
• Support RoundPoint’s compliance commitments.
