Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Loss Mitigation Associate to manage delinquent accounts from 80 days past due through charge-off. You will research histories, contact customers, skip trace for updated information, and negotiate resolutions within policy and regulatory guidelines.

You will collaborate with internal partners, monitor lifecycle status, and apply approved resolution options to minimize losses while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in late-stage collections, loss mitigation, delinquency management, or account recovery.
• Experience performing skip tracing to locate customers and verify contact info.
• Automotive finance, consumer lending, banking, or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent accounts from 80 days past due to charge-off.
• Conduct inbound/outbound collection activities and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Document activity in servicing systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
