Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc. is seeking inspectors in the United States to perform commercial loss control inspections on a contractor basis.

You will review assignments, schedule and conduct inspections, and document findings with photos and narratives in an online system. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in loss control inspections, familiarity with property, general liability, and workers' compensation lines, and ability to travel ~50 miles.

Qualifications

• Requires work eligibility in the USA and direct experience performing commercial loss control inspections.
• Experience with commercial property, casualty lines, and workers' compensation preferred.
• Ability to review assignments, schedule inspections, and complete reports online.

Responsibilities

• Review inspection requirements and schedule appointments with insureds.
• Inspect properties for utilities, building systems, hazards, and safety issues; take 20–35 photos.
• Interview insureds for operations information and building ages.
• Record status updates and finalize reports in Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch.
