Job summary

Alto is seeking a Service Agent to support a luxury SUV fleet. You will keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready to deliver a 5-star passenger experience. This is a W-2 role with competitive hourly pay and benefits, including health coverage and a 401(k) with company match.

You will conduct vehicle inspections, manage logistics, and assist with basic maintenance. The job requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid California driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable moving vehicles in tight spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and a “no-task-is-too-small” attitude.
• Willing to work irregular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and web-based tools for fleet tracking.
• Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of the luxury SUV fleet.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety and aesthetics standards.
• Manage vehicle logistics, including fueling, charging, and staging for driver pickup.
• Move cars around the Ops center and transport to service partners.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks like battery changes or oil/top-ups.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace at the Los Angeles operations hub.

++Key Responsibilities++

• Execute high-quality interior and exterior cleaning of our luxury SUV fleet.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure all safety and aesthetic standards are met.
• Manage vehicle logistics, including fueling, charging, and staging cars for driver pick-up.
• Move cars around the Ops center, and transport vehicles to service partners. Drive and handle all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries or filling up on oil or other fluids.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at our Los Angeles operations hub.
• Drive off-site to run dealership errands when required

• Must be 25 years of age or older.

• Must have a valid California Driver’s License.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable moving vehicles in tight spaces.

• Working knowledge of basic car maintenance would be advantageous, but is not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
