Qualifications

Job description

Our Longo Lexus Booker Flaggers are responsible for prompt and accurate processing of customer pay, internal and external repair orders, and determining technicians' flagging rates. We are seeking a dedicated individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Join our team!

The Lexus Booker Flaggers position offers a pay scale with the following elements and ranges, including a base hourly wage of $18.50.

Responsibilities
  • Process internal and external claims with labor operations and all necessary manufacturer information promptly to maximize dealership returns
  • Review repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to policies and procedures
  • Return incomplete repair orders for correction or completion
  • Enter labor operation codes, failure codes, parts stamps, and other administrative data on repair orders
  • Interpret and translate technicians’ comments into damage and operation codes
  • Verify correct parts charges and re-price if necessary
  • Locate damage codes for warranty repairs
  • Flag technicians for hours earned based on manufacturer policies
  • Support billing with customer pay repair orders
  • Coordinate with the warranty administrator to prevent duplicate claims and payments
  • Stay informed on product changes, warranties, and new products
  • Assist the Service Department as needed
  • Perform other administrative functions as directed by management
  • Maintain high ethical standards and a professional appearance
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of dealership service administration experience preferred
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, warranty policies, and basic math
  • Ability to coordinate activities, read and understand instructions in English, and work well with the public
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Physical Demands

The physical demands include frequently bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to move and position oneself in different environments, including confined spaces, and remain stationary for prolonged periods.
