Job summary

Total Life, Inc. in The Villages, FL is seeking a Longevity Ambassador to represent our behavioral health mission in the community.

You’ll conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults, build relationships with physician practices and clubs, and host our longevity screening booth at local markets every Saturday. Ideal candidates are energetic, people-oriented, and comfortable approaching strangers.

Qualifications

• Genuinely extroverted and cheerful; enjoys starting conversations with new people.
• Comfortable approaching physicians' offices and introducing yourself without an appointment.
• Available a minimum of 10 hours per week, including 4 hours every Saturday at the market booth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults to evaluate emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.
• Represent Total Life in the community and at partner sites as the local point of contact for clients, caregivers, and partners.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physician practices, home health agencies, activity directors, and club organizers.
• Host the longevity screening booth at local markets every Saturday and at recreation centers, health fairs, and clubs.
• Collaborate with the virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and log outreach activity in the CRM the same day.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving community-based programs.
