Job summary

Total Life in The Villages, FL is seeking a Longevity Ambassador to be the friendly, in-person face of the organization in the community. You will conduct wellness assessments with older adults, build relationships with physician practices, and host our longevity screening booth at local markets each Saturday.

Ideal candidates are genuinely social, comfortable approaching groups, and experienced in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Extroverted and cheerful personality with excellent people skills.
• Healthcare background or student in health-related field preferred.
• Able to start conversations with strangers and build rapport.
• Comfortable visiting physician practices and community sites.
• Experience with community outreach and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults focusing on emotional, cognitive, and social wellbeing.
• Represent Total Life in The Villages and at partner sites as local contact for clients and caregivers.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physician practices and community organizers.
• Host the longevity screening booth at local markets and events, assisting attendees to book first appointments.
• Coordinate with the virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into care.
