Job summary

Ascension Seton Health Clinics in Texas seeks a PRN APRN or PA to provide outpatient care across rural communities. Travel to 2–3 sites is required, with direct patient management and a shared patient panel.

Employed within a nonprofit health system, you will lead comprehensive care delivery and help patients and families understand treatment options and local resources to improve health literacy.

Qualifications

• Texas NP credential required prior to hire date.
• Texas RN license required prior to hire date.
• BLS Provider preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• DEA credentialed from the DEA preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.

Education

• Master's degree of Nursing require
