Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the facility business office.
• Maintain resident financial and billing records.
• Prepare and process statements; monitor receivables.
• Coordinate Medicaid/Medicare and payer information.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Communicate with residents, families, vendors and staff.
