Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee billing, accounts receivable, and resident billing statements. You will balance resident accounts, assist residents with medical assistance applications, and distribute resident cash allowances to ensure comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year in accounting; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, and prior Business Office Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Prior Business Office Manager experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and accounts receivable to ensure accurate resident charges.
• Create and collect resident billing statements and reconcile accounts.
• Assist residents with medical assistance applications as needed.
• Distribute resident cash allowances and monitor usage to ensure proper handling.
• Maintain accurate financial records to support resident care and compliance.
