Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Tractor-Trailer Driver to safely transport products from the warehouse to customers on defined routes, including long-haul trips to PA, FL, OH and beyond. You will work a schedule that may require 2–3 days away from home, with focus on accuracy and on-time deliveries.

You must hold a valid Class A CDL, be insurable, and comply with DOT regulations. High school diploma or GED is required, with 1 year driving experience preferred; knowledge of safety protocols and good

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; 1 year driving experience preferred.
• CDL required; must be insurable to operate company vehicle.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe lifting/delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports products from warehouse to customer on time; handles loading as required.
• Completes all required paperwork per DOT and company guidelines; ensures accuracy.
• Maintains food safety protocols and proper temperatures during transport.
• Follows safe work methods; reports unsafe conditions to management.
• Operates vehicle and equipment; communicates route or loading issues to a supervisor.
• Adheres to schedule and demonstrates regular attendance; performs other duties as assigned.
