Schedule is A-Shift, Mon-Wed 6:00AM–6:00PM and Thurs 6:00AM–12:00PM; you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, lifting up to 75 lbs, communicating with drivers and carriers, and logging data in the WMS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Outlook and MS Office.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; understand BOLs.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: log trailer details in WMS after verification with inbound BOL.
• Outbound: dispatch trailer in WMS with carrier move ID and trailer number.
• Welcome and log in visitors and contractors; contact expected parties.
• Maintain a manual log of inbound/outbound trailer activity.
• Report maintenance issues to management; promote safe practices.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
