Job summary

ROMARK in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a Welcome Center Coordinator for the day shift to manage inbound/outbound trailer processes, guest reception, and facility maintenance coordination. This role requires basic warehouse familiarity and strong administrative skills.

The position includes logging trailer activity, verifying BOL details, and ensuring accurate data entry in the WMS system, with a focus on safety and customer-facing professionalism. On-site work with a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Must have excellent communication skills while exhibiting a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as a bill of lading (BOL).
• Maintain an acceptable personal appearance.
• Responsible for following good housekeeping rules to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inbound responsibilities include entering trailer information into the WMS after verification.
• Outbound responsibilities include dispatching trailers in WMS after verification of trailer number and seals.
• Welcomes and logs in all visitors and contractors and contacts expecting parties.
• Maintain a manual log of Inbound and Outbound trailer activity.
• Ensures building facilities, vehicles and equipment issues are communicated to management.
• Exhibits safe behaviors and promotes safe work practices.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
