ROMARK LOGISTICS OF TEXAS INC. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound logistics processes at our dock. You will enter trailer data into the Warehouse Management System, print and attach BOLs, and stage trailers for unloading while coordinating with warehouse staff.

Strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and reliable communication are essential. Flexibility to work daily and on weekends is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication.
• Ability to read and interpret bill of lading (BOL).
• Willingness to work daily and weekend overtime.

Responsabilités

• Receive inbound BOLs and log trailer information into the WMS.
• Track trailer arrivals and departures in the WMS and MS Excel sheets.
• Print LPs and attach to inbound documentation; stage BOL for pickup.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to unload trailers and reconcile documents.
• Enter OS&D information and ensure accuracy of outbound paperwork.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the dock area.
