ROMARK Logistics in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Warehouse Dispatcher to assign daily workloads to Zone Teams, balance inbound and outbound traffic, and optimize shipments using JDA. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JDA Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience with Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, and Material Handling operations.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily workload to Zone Teams ensuring priorities for shipping load ready date and inbound timing on yard.
• Distribute assignments to balance workload and forecast queues.
• Monitor completion of work to balance shipments and inbounds across zones.
• Communicate with Team Lead to manage zone flow for inbound/outbound product.
• Prioritize shipping/receiving orders and process related paperwork (BOLs) using JDA.
• Audit inbound/outbound documents for completeness and compliance.
• Identify and resolve shorts or cuts to maximize order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with carriers and Customer Service on load status.
