Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse leadership.
• Experience managing salaried and hourly staff and payroll processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong knowledge of transportation/warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities for efficient account operation with P&L responsibility.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Manage payroll for all employees and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report financials to senior management.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings, provide safety training, and ensure regulatory compliance.
