Salary ranges from $85,000 to $90,000 per year, with an annual bonus potential up to 10% and a Monday–Friday 5:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Two+ years managing and leading direct reports.
• DOT Regulated.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly employees and address performance issues.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet demands.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and provide reports to leadership.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safety compliance.
