Niron Magnetics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to guide the flow of materials across our supply chain. You will report to the Sr.

Director of Procurement and Supply Chain and help scale operations in a growing magnet manufacturing environment. You will lead day-to-day warehouse activities, manage outbound logistics, and drive inventory accuracy and cost-saving initiatives. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and adherence to 5S/lean principles in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or materials management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in warehouse/crib operations, spares stocking and material control.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP platforms (e.g., D365) with transactional discipline.
• Proven experience in outbound logistics execution, including pick/pack/ship, shipping docs, freight coordination, carrier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and crib operations, including spares stocking and material control.
• Own end-to-end outbound logistics: pick/pack/ship, documentation, freight coordination, carrier performance.
• Establish standard work and procedures to ensure safe, repeatable warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate use of WMS and ERP systems to support inventory integrity and shipment reliability.
• Drive cycle counting and root-cause analysis to improve inventory accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for outbound logistics cost savings and freight optimization.
• Coach and manage warehouse personnel, ensuring performance and safety.
