Job summary

Niron Magnetics is hiring a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee the flow of materials across the company’s supply chain. You will report to the Sr.

Director of Procurement and Supply Chain and lead warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, and inventory controls to support manufacturing leadership. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety and 5S principles, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in warehouse operations or logistics in manufacturing.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems with transactional discipline.
• Proven outbound logistics execution and cost-saving delivery.
• Strong safety, regulatory, and 5S/lean knowledge with hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and crib operations, including stock and inventory accuracy.
• Own end-to-end outbound logistics: pick/pack/ship, docs, freight, carriers.
• Document and enforce standard work and material controls.
• Ensure accurate use of WMS and ERP for inventory integrity.
• Improve inventory accuracy through cycle counting and root-cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities for outbound logistics cost savings.
• Lead, coach, and assess warehouse personnel for performance and safety.
• Maintain safety, regulatory, and 5S/lean standards.
• Assess current ops and implement improvements for customers.
• Establish cadence with visibility to inventory and cost drivers.
