Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties including inbound and outbound functions and related paperwork.
• Schedule receiving appointments with vendors and manage inbound freight to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Coordinate outbound processes, investigate picking errors, and support reduction of errors and returns.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to support staff and customer needs, and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents (inbound/outbound), and update relevant operation metrics for performance tracking.
