Job summary

Enerflex is seeking a frontline leader to own the day-to-day operations of a designated area. You will work with minimal supervision, guiding operators and assisting the supervisor in scheduling, planning, and production while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include directing daily work, ensuring HSSE compliance, and developing talent within the team. You may train others and act as a role model to improve performance and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English.
• Valid Driver’s License
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily operations for designated area, ensuring HSSE compliance.
• Promote organization procedures and safety precautions.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling for the area.
• Track costs and hours, address cost of poor quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement resolutions with supervisor.
• Train and supervise operators on tasks and standards.
• Prepare units for shipping and ensure proper staging for next shift.
