Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a frontline operations lead in Oklahoma to manage the day-to-day area operations with minimal supervision. You will support the supervisor, guide the team, and ensure safety and production standards are met while coordinating schedules and work force for the area.

The role requires 5 years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and solid communication skills. You will also read drawings (GA, P&ID) and participate in safety meetings, with occasional training

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand basic English.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate daily operations of the designated area.
• Lead team in HSSE policy and procedures.
• Schedule work for others in the area.
• Prepare units for shipping and ship loose equipment.
• Read General Arrangements and P&ID drawings.
• Maintain safety and production standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement resolutions.
