Job summary

LX Pantos Americas seeks a Head of Logistics Innovation & Planning to lead transformation and planning across its U.S. logistics network. You will drive automation, digital tools, and data-driven decision making to improve productivity, service quality, and profitability.

You will partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and customers, manage KPI frameworks, lead MBRs/QBRs, and guide strategic investments while mentoring teams and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 16+ years of logistics and supply chain management experience.
• Proven experience leading logistics improvement and planning functions.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation management, and supply chain systems.
• Advanced analytical and presentation skills.
• English and Korean language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive logistics innovation strategies across warehouse and transportation operations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on productivity, service quality, and cost reduction.
• Identify and implement automation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct operational diagnostics and develop corrective action plans.
• Establish best practices and standard operating procedures across logistics operations.
• Develop mid-/long-term planning strategies and capacity planning for growth.
• Lead KPI frameworks and performance reviews (MBR/QBR) with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary logistics partner for strategic customers and contract models.
• Lead data integration projects and develop dashboards for visibility.
• Oversee network optimization, facility design, and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and HR to align strategy.
