Job summary

LX Pantos America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse and plant logistics operations supporting manufacturing activities.

You will supervise inbound receiving, material storage, production material supply, inventory control, and outbound shipping to ensure uninterrupted material flow. You will work cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Transportation, Maintenance, and Headquarters to optimize KPIs, safety, and continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse or plant logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations with production material flow.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, warehouse safety regulations, and EHS requirements.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
• Experience managing warehouse KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, put-away, storage, production staging, picking, packing, shipping.
• Ensure uninterrupted material flow between the warehouse and production sites to support production schedules.
• Develop daily operational plans based on production schedules and shipment volume.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with SOPs, customer requirements, and safety standards.
• Monitor capacity and optimize storage utilization, zone allocation, and warehouse layout.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve system issues and support enhancements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; support monthly closes and cycle counts.
• Lead warehouse staff; manage overtime cost tracking and KPI reporting.
