Job summary

LX Pantos America, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our Business Development team. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and support sales through proposals and presentations.

You’ll analyze market data, prepare reports, create marketing content, and coordinate cross‑functional projects to drive growth. A background in business or supply chain and proficiency with TMS, Excel or Power BI is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with tools like TMS, Excel, Power BI demanded.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support sales initiatives by preparing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Track and manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline activities.
• Analyze customer data to support growth initiatives.
• Monitor market conditions and provide recommendations for new opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and strategic recommendations.
• Create and manage marketing content for digital platforms, presentations, and business campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop branding and messaging materials.
• Coordinate business development projects from planning through execution.
• Maintain strong customer and partner relationships to support long-term objectives.
• Participate in meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Support

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

• Develop storytelling and messaging materials that effectively communicate organizational value propositions.

Project & Relationship Management

• Coordinate business development projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of growth initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer and partner relationships to support long-term business objectives.
• Participate in meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems), Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to learn and utilize necessary management systems
