Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a logistics or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in process improvement, logistics, or supply chain innovation.
• Proficient in process modeling and data analytics tools.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service.
• Lead continuous improvement across warehousing, transport, and supply chain.
• Drive digital transformation using automation, AI, and data analytics.
• Manage full lifecycle of process innovation projects and scoping.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, and vendors to align goals.
• Develop KPIs to measure impact and sustain improvements.
• Lead change management with training and adoption plans.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
