Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, standardizing processes, and leading improvement initiatives, with travel up to 20%. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience supporting multiple warehouse locations.
• Strong understanding of WMS / ERP systems.
• Proven experience with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Experience in process improvement, SOP development, or operational standardization.
• Limited travel up to 20% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of company-owned logistics centers and last-mile delivery operations.
• Manage operational performance within assigned regions and provide support to regional teams.
• Consolidate and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and business performance across multiple regions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and scalability.
• Identify and eliminate manual processes through workflow optimization and automation initiatives. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
• Support warehouse launches, network expansion projects, and operational optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational performance.
