Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Canton, MS is seeking entry-level Logistics Specialists for a 12-month Work Based Learning Program (WBLP).

Trainees will report to a site location and participate in a 12-month training program beginning mid-2026. The role involves data center inventory management, data-driven planning, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain stock and support build and repair activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to participate in shift rotations to support 24/7 operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of computer hardware components and inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vendor and team communication including data entry and coordinating with suppliers.
• Ensure all billing related to the inventory supply chain is accurate and ready for processing.
• Assemble, address, stamp and arrange shipment of merchandise and materials.
• Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries to and from production locations.
• Keep precise records of all commodities entering and leaving the facility.
• Travel within the regional work area with a personal vehicle is required.
