Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include high school diploma and willingness to participate in shift rotations for 24/7 operations.
• Preferred Qualifications include knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents impacting service availability.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance and change management.
• Complete the 12-month WBLP training curriculum with safety certifications and milestones.
