Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks Logistics Specialists for a 12‑month Work Based Learning Program in Ohio. This entry‑level role covers data center logistics, inventory planning, and cross‑functional coordination to support production and deliveries.

You will work in a 24/7 environment with shift rotations, gain safety certifications, and collaborate with Data Center Operations Technicians and Engineers to ensure timely parts flow and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to participate in shift rotations to support 24/7 data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Vendor and team communication including data entry, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving inquiries from cross-functional teams
• Ensure that all billing associated with the Inventory supply chain is accurate, validated and ready for processing
• Assembling, addressing, stamping and arranging for the shipment of merchandise and materials
• Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations
• Keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company is required
• Traveling with personal vehicle within the regional work area is required.
• Successfully completing the 12-month Work Based Learning Program training curriculum, including all required safety certifications, technical competencies, and performance mile
