Qualifications

• 2+ years in transportation planning or related distribution/transportation.
• Experience with high-volume customer interactions via phone/email is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails, assist scheduling and status updates.
• Schedule or reschedule pickups and deliveries across the US network.
• Use scheduling tools across Lactalis distribution network (One Network, Ortec, Excel).
• Process scheduling changes due to order changes or past cut-off requests.
• Maintain current scheduling tools with timely and accurate data.
• Travel and/or extended hours may be required.
