Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Wisconsin to coordinate inbound and outbound loads with carriers. The role involves scheduling, documentation, inventory control, and ensuring shipments meet schedules and quality standards.

You will work with internal teams to resolve delays, generate required shipping documents, and maintain compliance with GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred 2-year degree in supply chain management or inventory control management.
• Two years in a lead warehouse role in warehouse/logistics/transportation.
• Excellent computer skills with word processing and spreadsheet applications; SAP a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret customer orders and inventory reports.
• Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments based on load capacity.
• Populate schedules with required information and PO/Order references.
• Complete product allocations and coordinate with departments.
• Communicate scheduling with internal transportation and carriers.
• Provide load details, directions, and necessary documentation.
• Check in/out drivers and ensure proper procedures and seals.
• Assist with inventory control and ship orders per schedules and customer expectations.
• Generate Bill of Lading, COAs, pack lists, and other documents as needed.
• Review past-due reports and address issues with transportation and planning.
• Follow GMP, Saputo food safety, quality programs and regulatory requirements.
