Priority1 is seeking college graduates for business-to-business product/service sales in our Anaheim office. This outside sales role focuses on new business acquisition with a clear path to senior positions.

Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and generous benefits, with three weeks of corporate training in Little Rock, AR. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in sales, a bachelor’s degree, and are energetic with a polished professional look.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Ideal courses in business, marketing and/or communication preferred)
• Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
• Naturally enthusiastic and energetic
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Determined to be part of a winning team

Responsibilities

• Prospecting New Business (There is a lot of B2B Door-to-Door Cold Calling Involved)
• Develop Lead Generation and Utilize CRM to Track Activity
• Selling and Setting Up New Accounts
• Managing Accounts You Sell
• Training and Development programs for new hires and progression into higher roles
