• 1+ years of related experience in a leadership role or similar

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of hourly Partners
• Provide daily supervision and set clear roles, expectations and performance metrics
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive performance against goals
• Balance staffing to meet daily facility performance and control overtime costs
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized facilities in compliance with SOPs and OSHA guidelines
