Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of operations of department programs
• Strong organization and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks; attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Partners in warehouse or transportation.
• Provide daily supervision and support to the assigned group.
• Explain roles, expectations, and performance measures clearly.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure daily/weekly performance targets are met.
• Balance staffing to control overtime while meeting goals.
• Drive a safe, clean, pest-free, and organized facility in compliance with SOPs and OSHA guidelines.
• Recognize Partner achievements and provide development opportunities.
