Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Supervise unloading, loading, picking and staging of shipments following SOPs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and prepare activity reports for site management.
• Verify product quality and documentation, report damages or discrepancies, and maintain safety standards.
• Direct warehouse team to achieve productivity and maintain schedules.
