A logistics company is seeking an experienced Team Lead to optimize operational systems and processes while ensuring compliance. This role requires strong management abilities and outside sales experience, contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years in a management role, coupled with 3 years in freight brokerage or logistics. Qualifications

• Preferred 3 years of experience in a freight brokerage or third-party logistics environment.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Required minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Proven track record bidding and quoting RFP, RFQ, RFI and Awarding Contracts.
• Proven track record on freight movements, monthly and annual volumes and revenues.
• Experience in managing a team of 3 or greater employees.
• Knowledgeable in over-the-road trucking (TL and LTL modes).
• Knowledgeable in Flatbed, Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Over-Dimensional freight.
• Knowledgeable on Load Boards (Truckstop and DAT).
• Knowledgeable in TMS and EDI systems.
