Ryder System, Inc. in Temple, TX is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations in our Supply Chain Solutions division. This exempt role coordinates customer service and staff performance to meet daily goals.

The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, safety compliance, and efficient scheduling. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–11:00pm, with a salary range of $70,000–$71,000 per year.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years in supply chain/logistics/warehouse field.
• 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience required.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Logistics industry knowledge required.
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations.
• Fundamental supply chain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and manage expectations.
• Staffing, performance management and development of exempt/non-exempt employees.
• Plan and schedule day-to-day operations.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance with regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
