Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a site-based IT/Operations Analyst to support Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, maintain data integrity, and review procedures to maximize efficiency. You will provide regular communications to Operations and internal departments, develop reports, and coordinate with IT on system issues.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 2+ years of experience, and strong Excel skills.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and freight/logistics optimization.

Responsibilities

• Supports WM system operations and data integrity.
• Interfaces with Operations to review procedures and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinates with IT to resolve site technical issues and define site requirements.
• Develops standardized and ad hoc reporting for management and customers.
