Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a WMS Analyst I in San Antonio, TX, to act as the on-site liaison between operations management and IT. You will lead the on-site configuration of the WMS, deliver solutions on multiple projects, and provide first-tier support to DC management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least one year of WMS experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Regular attendance and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• One year minimum experience with a Warehouse Management System.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, plant and/or warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in fast paced distribution environment.
• Capable of managing and executing day to day responsibilities plus user questions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and extract data.
• Provide technical leadership on the team to assist with support and capital project work.
• Lead on-site configuration of the Warehouse Management System.
• Provide first tier support to the Distribution Center management team.
• Document and communicate problem resolutions.
• Educate end users on system functionality.
• Serve as primary support point for end users’ issues.
• Monitor operations and read traces; respond to service tickets.
