Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Or high school diploma with 1 year of management/transportation/logistics experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company events.
• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends and relocate regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build relationships with drivers and outside carriers for carrier setup.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support fleet optimization projects.
• Learn personnel management including training drivers and staff.
• Develop KPI reporting and financial analysis for customers during visits.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
• Perform payroll, budget management, invoicing, and reporting tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and safety issues.
