This fully on-site position requires 3+ years of leadership in logistics, 5+ years in the field, and offers a base salary range of $65,000–$90,000 per year with medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of team leadership in logistics or warehouse operations.
• 5+ years in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Excel and business systems; ability to resolve discrepancies and manage priorities.
• Strong cross-functional communication across Production, Customer Service, and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping, receiving, stockroom, and material-handling teams.
• Promote safe practices and maintain organized warehouse and dock areas.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments to support production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts with Accounting.
• Collaborate with Production and Customer Service on shipping processes.
• Ensure domestic and international shipments comply with policies.
• Apply Lean practices to improve logistics efficiency and cost.
