Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Charlotte, NC is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead assembly and machining teams on-site. You will coach, mentor and work alongside staff daily to meet delivery goals.

You will plan and direct work, manage attendance for payroll, interview and train employees, and drive lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost across the facility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supervisor in a fast-paced assembly and machining environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing shop floor staff.
• Ability to lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Familiarity with company policies and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct work; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage attendance and timekeeping for payroll.
• Interview, onboard, and train employees.
• Manage performance and administer corrective actions.
• Lead Kaizen events and participate in Tier 1-3 meetings.
• Support the Production Manager with strategic execution.
