Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Manager to lead on-site operations in New Hartford, CT. The role emphasizes safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost control, and inventory management while translating business goals into actionable plans and staffing strategies.

You will drive a culture of continuous improvement and oversee cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or production leadership experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, or inventory.
• Ability to lead through frontline leaders and develop successors; establish accountability for business results.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned production areas.
• Develop and execute operating plans, budgets, staffing and capacity plans.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory improvements using continuous improvement methods.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders and production associates; build leadership capability.
