Regal Rexnord in New Hartford, CT is seeking a logistics supervisor to lead daily shipping, receiving, stockroom operations, and material handling at the plant. You will train associates, drive safe practices, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Production, Customer Service, and Accounting to meet production and delivery needs.

Lean-based continuous improvement, cost control, and compliant, organized warehouse practices will be essential to support production schedules and customer

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of inventory transactions, shipment documentation, and safe material-handling practices; proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Excel; ability to resolve discrepancies, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively across functions.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead shipping, receiving, stockroom, and material-handling associates; align staffing with daily priorities; provide onboarding and training.
• Promote safe practices and maintain organized warehouse, stockroom, and dock areas, including layouts and storage capacity.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, and internal material flow to support production priorities and customer requirements.
