Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance progress.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and coach staff.
• Promote diversity and inclusion while improving internal processes.
• Carry out performance evaluations and recognize merit where appropriate.
• Address performance issues through corrective action.
• Maintain positive labor relations and adherence to policies.
• Implement health & safety initiatives and provide orientation for staff.
