The role emphasizes efficient dispatch, customer service, and continuous improvement within the transportation department. The position offers a salary range of $60,000–$66,000 with a Monday–Friday schedule and some flexibility based on operations.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) advanced required

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch for drivers and coordinate with port and store delivery and LTL drivers.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations managers to ensure efficient product flow.
• Manage dispatch, customer service, brokerage and maintenance functions within transportation.
• Ensure effective use and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Maintain service levels per customer agreements.
