Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Address performance issues through corrective action as needed.
• Maintain health & safety and security initiatives and company policies.
• Provide orientation and training to staff and leads.
