Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our Dallas, TX facility within the Supply Chain Solutions division. You will lead daily logistics operations, coach the team, and drive safety and customer-focused performance.

The role emphasizes supervising shifts, coordinating schedules, and meeting KPI targets while promoting continuous improvement and engagement within a large, respected logistics organization.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Be accountable for site KPI and collaboration with customers.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with the team and provide coaching and recognition.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and improve internal processes.
